Nietzsche said that “even the most courageous among us only rarely has the courage for that which he really knows.” He believed that a well lived life is hard work and requires a high amount of courage. For him, the ability to cultivate and create your “self” is vital for living well. In this workshop, we will explore what Nietzsche means by self-creation, and discuss how we can apply it to our lives.
